The JessaJay Store works best with Mozilla Firefox. If you are having issues checking out, please try that browser. If that still doesn’t work, please contact us.

To have your password reset, click on the lost password link on the login page. When you enter your username or email, you will receive a reset link in your email on file. This could take up to 10 minutes.

I didn’t get an email, what now? – Send an email to help@jessajay.com. Be sure to include your username in the email and state that you want your password reset. Someone will then reset your password and email it to the email on file. We will not reply to your reset request email for security reasons.

Videos are posted every Monday and Thursday.

In order to comment on videos, you need a JayFam account.

I already have a JayFam account and I still can’t comment. – Comments are allowed during the first 30 days a video is posted on JessaJay.com. After that, comments are no longer permitted. However, if you really want to comment on the video, you can comment on the actual video on YouTube.

I’m logged in and it’s still in the first 30 days, but I can’t comment. – In this case something is wrong. Please let us know by submitting a support ticket.

No. The JessaJay shop is open to all. However, without a JayFam account, you will not be able to look back on your orders, or review products in the JessaJay Shop.
